Gerald Sheppard was born in Liverpool in England in 1955, he started work as a butcher at the age of 16.
While chopping beef early one morning before the small shop opened, Gerald had a brain wave, a use for the excess moistures from the joints of beef.
Gerald developed an elaborate purification device over the next few months. Gerald used his new technology to produce his first and still most popular fragrance, Beef and Onion.
Gerald is now 55 and has a firm foot hold in the men's perfume market with over 20 fragrances available to an ever growing customer list.
Gerald Sheppard's Perfume for Men is a small website which I made in 2000, I think the main reason for building the site was because I had just got Adobe Photoshop and I wanted to try it out and Scofield came up with the name Gerald Sheppard and his perfume for men range in a birthday card he wrote me.
I was going through some old files on my hard drive the other day and came across it and thought "wow, a vintage Steve Higgins web site!" so I've given it some space here on Higgypop @ Higgins Central.
Check out the new fragrance for 2002!
