Triffle Verdi
(TRI-FULL VER-DEE)
Ingredients:
1 Raspberry swissroll
1 Pack of raspberry jelly
1 Tin of mix fruit cocktail
1/2 lb of fresh minced beef
1 Packet of cheese sauce mix
1 Cadbury's flake
Method:
Boil a kettle with some water in it until it gets really hot, while the kettle is boiling cut the swissroll up in to 2cm slices and line the bottom of a triffle dish with it. Break the jelly up in to cubes and poor on boiling water, stir and pour over swissroll.
While jelly is cooling fry the mince beef in a frying pan over a medium heat until brown.
While mince beef is cooling pour tinned fruit cocktail in to the triffle bowl.
Once mince beef is cool pour in to the triffle bowl.
For the final layer of the triffle follow the instruction on cheese sauce packet, allow to cool and pour evenly over the top of the triffle.
Decorate with crumbled flake and eat with mouth.
