No copyright intended
What a bunch of idiots, "no copyright intended" makes no sense. Of course they mean "no copyright infringement intended" but without the word "infringement" the statement looses all of its meaning.
So do they mean "I didn't intend to copyright this piece of work?" – no, they mean "I have stolen this piece of content please don't tell me off."
I guess one person started using the phrase and everyone else copied it.
Even if they got it right and wrote "no copyright infringement intended", they obviously know they are infringing a copyright or they wouldn't bother adding that to the YouTube description.
Saying you didn't "intend" to breach copyright won't save you, the copyright holder still has the right to have the content removed or take legal action against you or YouTube – which of course means that Google are well within their rights to shut down your mother chucking account!
